Buying from the official Callixe store at callixe.com gives you a direct-store order that our team can review under Callixe's published return and warranty policies.
Listings on Amazon, Walmart, or other marketplaces may be sold by different sellers. We cannot confirm a listing's seller, authenticity, product details, or applicable return terms without reviewing that specific listing or order. If you already purchased through a marketplace, use that platform's order information and contact us in your current support conversation if you need help identifying the applicable path.
