FAQs

How does the Thera Pillow work?

Thera Pillow utilizes traction, heat, and vibration combined with an ergonomic contour memory foam design.

It stretches your neck and take pressure off your cervical spine. It also deploys soothing heat + vibration massage to improve blood flow to your muscles, promoting deep relaxation and muscle recovery

What makes Thera Pillow better than any other devices out there?

What makes the Original Thera Pillow special is that it combines three therapies in one—heat, massage, and gentle traction to relax and reset your neck for lasting relief. Plus, it’s wireless, safe to fall asleep on, and made with a comfort-first mentality.

It's also been upgraded to include a wide variety of intensities and customization to perfectly match your needs. With 3 levels of heat, traction, and vibration, you can tailor your sessions to exactly what you enjoy.

How hot does it get / How high does it go?

Heat:

Low — 104°F (40°C)

Medium — 111°F (44°C)

High — 118°F (48°C)

Traction

Level 1 — 4.0" (10cm)

Level 2 — 4.9" (12cm)

Level 3 — 5.8" (15cm)

How do I use Thera Pillow?

  1.   Charge using our provided USB-C cable for about 4.5 hours
  2.   Hold the Auto button for 5 seconds until the light turns on.
  3.   Press each of the therapy buttons to use the therapies by themselves or combine them together
  4.   Enjoy your relaxing session!

How long should I use Thera Pillow for?

We recommend starting with 5 minutes to let your neck adjust. Over time, you can work your way up to a full session. For your reference, Thera Pillow’s gentle heat + massage + traction cycle runs for 15 minutes.

Is Thera Pillow wireless?

Yes! Our Thera Pillow has been upgraded to be fully wireless and rechargeable for your daily use.

How should I clean Thera Pillow?

Its fabric is oil and dust resistant but we suggest wiping Thera Pillow with a disinfectant wipe after use as the pillow's cover is not washable.

Is it safe for everyone to use?

We designed our Thera Pillow to be accommodating to all needs no matter the age or gender. However, every situation is different. For detailed guidelines to your specific needs, we recommend consulting with your provided medical professional.
